Introduction

Kevro Apps ("we," "our," or "us") created Islamic Coloring for Kids to provide a safe, creative, family-friendly coloring experience for children ages 3–12.

Our goal is simple: give children a peaceful and enjoyable coloring app without unnecessary data collection, advertising, tracking, or social media features.

Unlike many mobile apps, Islamic Coloring for Kids is intentionally designed to collect as little information as possible. We believe children's apps should be simple, safe, and respectful of family privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we do and do not collect, how the app works, what permissions are used, and how we comply with privacy and child-safety laws including:

Information We Do NOT Collect

We designed Islamic Coloring for Kids specifically to avoid collecting personal information.

We do not collect, store, sell, rent, share, or transmit:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Birthdays or ages
• Home addresses
• Photos or videos
• Voice recordings
• Contacts
• Messages
• GPS or precise location data
• Advertising IDs (AAID)
• Behavioral analytics
• Usage tracking
• Browsing activity
• Search history
• Biometric information
• Social media information
• User-created accounts
• Cloud-stored artwork
• Any personally identifiable information

The app does not require account registration, login, profile creation, or social media connections.

The app also does not contain third-party advertising, behavioral ads, child-targeted analytics SDKs, social media integrations, or background tracking tools.

Information We DO Process

The app itself does not directly collect personal information.

However, the app includes an optional one-time premium unlock purchase processed through Google Play Billing.

When a parent purchases premium access:

• the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play,
• we do not receive or store credit card information,
• and we do not receive payment account details.

We may receive limited purchase confirmation information from Google Play, such as whether premium access has been activated successfully. This information does not identify the child personally.

Local Artwork Storage

Children's artwork is stored locally on the device only.

This means:

• drawings stay on the phone or tablet,
• artwork is never uploaded to Kevro Apps servers,
• and we cannot access or view saved artwork.

The app does not provide cloud sync, online accounts, or public sharing features.

Parents remain fully in control of artwork stored on their own devices.

Permissions Used by the App

We intentionally keep app permissions minimal.

Storage / Photos / Media Access

The app may request storage or media access permission only so users can:

• save finished artwork to the device gallery,
• view saved creations locally on the device.

This permission is used only for local saving functionality.

Internet Access

The app may use internet access only for:

• Google Play Billing purchase processing,
• purchase verification,
• and Play Store-related services.

The app does not use internet access for advertising, tracking, cloud uploads, or analytics.

Permissions We Do NOT Request

The app does not request access to:

• Camera
• Microphone
• Device location or GPS
• Contacts
• SMS or text messages
• Call logs
• Bluetooth
• Background tracking permissions

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Islamic Coloring for Kids is designed for children and families.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar child privacy laws by intentionally avoiding the collection of personal information from children under 13.

We do not knowingly:

• collect personal information from children,
• track children across apps or websites,
• display targeted advertising,
• build behavioral profiles,
• or share children's information with advertisers or data brokers.

Parental Rights

Parents and guardians may contact us at any time regarding privacy concerns.

Depending on local laws, parents may have rights to:

• request information about what data is collected,
• request deletion of data,
• refuse future data collection,
• or ask questions about how the app works.

Because Islamic Coloring for Kids is intentionally designed not to collect personal information, there is generally no personal data for us to provide, delete, or manage.

However, we are always happy to answer questions and address concerns from parents and guardians.

Third-Party Services

The app uses limited third-party services required for app functionality.

Google Play Billing

Used only for optional premium purchases. Google may process payment-related information according to its own policies.

Other than Google Play Billing, the app does not intentionally use third-party services that collect personal information from children.

Data Security

Although we do not collect or store personal information, we still take reasonable measures to build the app responsibly and securely.

We aim to:

• minimize permissions,
• avoid unnecessary network access,
• avoid background data collection,
• and keep user artwork stored locally whenever possible.

We also work to follow Google Play Families Policy requirements and child-safety best practices during development.

International Users

Kevro Apps operates globally, and the app may be available to users in many countries.

We aim to respect privacy laws and child-safety requirements worldwide, including:

• COPPA (United States),
• GDPR and GDPR-K (European Union),
• CCPA/CPRA (California),
• and Google Play Families Policy requirements.

Depending on local laws, users and parents may have rights related to access, deletion, correction, export, or restriction of personal data.

However, because we do not collect personal information in the normal operation of the app, there is generally no stored personal data for us to access, export, or delete.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect app improvements, legal requirements, platform policy updates, or changes in functionality.

If important changes are made:

• the Effective Date above will be updated,
• major changes may be highlighted in app update notes,
• and significant privacy-related updates may also appear through an in-app notice after launch.

Continued use of the app after changes become effective means acceptance of the updated policy.

We will aim to present major privacy changes clearly and prominently for parents and guardians.
